Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Uplift JEE. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website pyq.upliftjee.com, upliftjee.com, the Uplift JEE mobile and desktop apps, and all courses, test series, study material, forums and other services we offer (together, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, purchasing a course or simply using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. If you are under 18, please use the Platform with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian, who also agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Our Services
Uplift JEE is an online learning platform for JEE Main, JEE Advanced and Olympiad (IOQM) Mathematics, led by Om Sharma Sir. Our services include:
- Live and recorded video courses
- Previous Year Questions (PYQs), DPPs, modules and notes
- Mock tests, part tests and performance analysis
- Doubt support, forums and community discussions
- Books and printed study material
Course content, schedules, faculty and features may be updated from time to time to improve the learning experience.
Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate details (name, mobile number, email) while registering.
- Each account is for one student only. Sharing login credentials, or using one account on multiple devices at the same time, is not allowed.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and OTPs confidential and for all activity on your account.
- We may suspend or block accounts that show suspicious activity, account sharing or misuse — without refund.
Courses, Access & Validity
- Access to a paid course begins after successful payment and remains active for the validity mentioned on that course page (for example, “valid till JEE Advanced 2027”).
- Live class timings and start dates are shared on the course page and may be rescheduled when necessary; recordings are usually made available for missed live classes.
- Access is personal and non-transferable. After the validity period ends, access may be withdrawn automatically.
- A stable internet connection and a supported device are your responsibility.
Fees, Payments & Offers
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Uplift JEE does not store your card or bank details.
- Where instalment options are offered, access to later parts of a course may depend on timely payment of each instalment.
- Discounts, coupons and offers are valid only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Since our courses give instant access to digital content, fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
- If you were charged twice for the same course, or paid but did not receive access due to a technical error on our side, please write to us within 7 days of payment and we will resolve it or refund the extra amount.
- If Uplift JEE cancels a course before it starts, you will receive a full refund or the option to switch to another course.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days.
Intellectual Property
All videos, live sessions, notes, modules, DPPs, test papers, solutions, books, logos and other content on the Platform are the intellectual property of Uplift JEE and its faculty.
- You may use the content only for your personal, non-commercial study.
- Recording, screenshotting for distribution, downloading, copying, reselling, or uploading our content to Telegram, YouTube or any other platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any piracy or misuse will lead to immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.
Code of Conduct
We want Uplift JEE to be a respectful learning community. While using live chats, forums and comments, you agree not to:
- Post abusive, offensive, misleading or irrelevant content, or spam
- Share personal contact details or promote other coaching/services
- Harass faculty, staff or fellow students
- Attempt to hack, disrupt or misuse the Platform
We may remove content and restrict access for users who break these rules.
Books & Physical Material
- Books included with certain courses (such as Om Sir’s Pearson books) or bought separately are shipped to the address you provide. Please make sure it is complete and correct.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and courier.
- Report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can arrange a replacement.
Results & Disclaimer
We work hard to give you the best guidance, but exam results depend on many factors, including each student’s effort and practice. Uplift JEE does not guarantee any specific rank, score or admission.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. While we aim for uninterrupted service, we are not liable for temporary downtime, technical issues, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram and app stores. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Uplift JEE is not responsible for their content or practices.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. The personal information you share (such as your name, phone number and email) is used to create your account, deliver courses, provide support and share important updates. We do not sell your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to receive course-related calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and emails, which you can opt out of at any time. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting our support team; if unresolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
