This Privacy Policy explains how Uplift JEE (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use our websites pyq.upliftjee.com and upliftjee.com, the Uplift JEE mobile and desktop apps, and our courses, tests, forums and book store (together, the “Platform”).

Payments
Payments are processed by trusted, secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password on our servers. We only receive basic transaction details (such as order ID, amount and payment status) to confirm your purchase.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and understand how the Platform is used. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings, but some features (like staying logged in) may not work properly without them.

Students Under 18
Many of our learners are school students. If you are under 18, please use the Platform with the knowledge and consent of your parent or guardian. Parents or guardians may contact us to review, correct or delete their child’s information. We do not knowingly use children’s data for targeted advertising.
Messages & Notifications
We may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp, email or app notifications about your account, classes, tests and offers. Service messages (like OTPs and class updates) are needed to use the Platform. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” where available or by writing to us.
Third-Party Links
The Platform may link to other websites and services, such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, app stores and our book store. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
